Online Programs
Graceland offers Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Management, R.N. to B.S.N., R.N. to M.S.N., and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees online. With the demands of work and home in mind, we developed these programs to be flexible for working professionals. Our online delivery methods make classes both comprehensive and convenient. All nursing programs include clinicals performed in your own community (anywhere in the United States), as well as one focus session (two to five days) at our Independence, MO campus.

  • B.A. in Health Care Management
Our B.A. in Health Care Management program provides students with the knowledge and skills for management positions in the health care industry. No nursing experience or clinical hours are required.
  • R.N. to B.S.N.
This program's engaged faculty and fellow students form an innovative support structure, assisting you from the day you apply through to graduation. A four-day Focus Session on our Independence, MO campus is required for all B.S.N. students.
  • R.N. to M.S.N.
This program, often called a "bridge" program, offers Registered Nurses the opportunity to complete their B.S.N. and M.S.N. degrees via an accelerated process, saving up to 11 semester hours of coursework. You even have the option to "stop-out" and earn a B.S.N. only if you wish.
  • Master of Nursing
We offer two M.S.N. tracks: Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator. In addition to practicums, M.S.N. students must complete at least two 2 to 5 day focus sessions on the Independence, MO campus.
  • Post Master of Nursing Certificate Programs
Graceland offers either a Family Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Educator Post Master M.S.N. Certificate Program which expands the focus of nursing by using the master of science in nursing degrees as their foundation. The theoretical base is accompanied by clinical or practical experience which allows the Master's prepared R.N. to apply theory and current research to specialized professional practice. Students admitted to the Post-M.S.N. certificate program are not matriculated for a graduate degree. A certificate is awarded upon completion.
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice
