Lamoni, IA-Head men's and women's track coach Kent Allshouse is excited to announce the signing of all around athlete and javelin thrower, Franzet Hernandez Gonzalez. Hernandez Gonzalez will be coming to Graceland from Caguas, Puerto Rico where she currently is finishing up her senior year in high school.
In high school not only did she excel in the javelin throw, but she also participated in volleyball and basketball. She is an honor student in with plans to focus on Biology once at GU.
"I cannot begin to express how pleased I am to have Franzet joining our team," stated Coach Allshouse. "She exemplifies the quality of athlete and person we want in our program. I have no doubt that Franzet will achieve great success at Graceland," concluded Allshouse.
Graceland is excited to have Franzet as a Yellowjacket and we can't wait to get her on campus next fall!
