Volunteer Confidentiality Form

Names, addresses, phone numbers and biographical information are entrusted to The Institutional Advancement Office by our alumni and friends and are released only for the purpose of volunteer efforts on behalf of Graceland University. This information is protected and confidential.

Use of the names, addresses, or other information released to a volunteer for any mailing, emailing, or phoning without the consent of The Institutional Advancement Office is prohibited.

Contact information should not be shared with a classmate or other person who requests it. Refer them to the Alumni Office for assistance (alumni@graceland.edu, 866-484-3837).

No part of any confidential alumni information may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by and means electronic, mechanical, photocopied, or otherwise without the consent of the Graceland University Institutional Advancement Vice President.
