Assistant Professor in Computer Science

The Department of Math, Computer Science, and Data Science at Graceland University invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Computer Science, starting in August 2025. We are looking for an innovative and engaged faculty member who can teach both core computer science courses and advanced topics in Cybersecurity or Data Science.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field preferred; candidates with a Master’s degree and substantial experience are also welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and a commitment to quality instruction and student mentorship.
• Expertise in Cybersecurity or Data Science, with a readiness to incorporate the latest technological advancements into course offerings.
