Graceland University has a position available for a Campus Maintenance Person. Applicant must have a positive outlook and be solution oriented.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have one year experience or education in horticulture or agriculture with associated experience in equipment maintenance.
Experience maintaining athletic fields preferred.
Pesticide Applicator Certification desirable or ability to pass exam.
Must have valid driver’s license with preference given to the holder of a CDL.
Position will require performance in grounds maintenance, walks, road maintenance, equipment maintenance, deliveries, and office/event setup.
Knowledge in equipment operation required.
Must be able to routinely lift 100+ pounds and be able to work in all weather conditions including heights and inclement weather.
Some overtime required and must be accessible “on call”.
