Data Coordinator

The Enrollment Operations Office at Graceland University is seeking a full-time Data Coordinator. Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized and accurate with the ability to work independently and in conjunction with a team. Strong organization and computer skills required.

Position Summary:

Data Management

• Management of incoming data to the admissions database, Slate, from external sources.
• Coordinating with stakeholders across the university and working with outside partners to manage data and implement recruitment strategy.
• Work closely with the Data Manager in managing overall Slate data integrity.

Deliver & Reporting Management

• Creation and management of reports used to review data sources and communications
• Supporting new and ongoing communication flows with needed data

Other responsibilities

• Cross-train and provide backup to the rest of the Enrollment Operations team, especially around busy times of the year

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in higher education with an appreciation for the liberal arts, college admissions, and new technology
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, especially Technolutions Slate
