Graceland University is hiring a full-time, 12-month, hourly position in the Enrollment Operations Office. Applicants should be detail oriented, organized and accurate with the ability to work independently and in conjunction with a team. Strong interpersonal, telephone, and computer skills required.
Position Summary:
- Admissions & Recruitment: Process and review applications
- Student Orientating & Onboarding: Guide confirmed students through different processes and stages of onboarding
- Student Success and Continuation: Provide support and resources to students as needed (e.g. helping them connect with telehealth services)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, experience in higher education with an appreciation for the liberal arts, college admissions, and new technology desired. Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, energetic, able to relate effectively to other people, able to manage multiple tasks, and have effective and persuasive public speaking and writing skills. Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to learn and adapt to the use of new technologies.
