Anthony and Charmaine Chvala-Smith Record Two New Podcasts

Project Zion Podcast’s Percolating on Faith series has released two new episodes from Anthony Chvala-Smith, Graceland University Associate Professor & Paul E. Morden Seminary Chair of Religion and Charmaine Chvala-Smith, Community of Christ Seminary Chaplain & Focus Session Coordinator.

In Episode 368 the Chvala-Smiths with help from Graceland Alum Carla Long investigate the groundbreaking 1968-69 theological work of Harold Schneebeck, Donald Landon, and Robert Smith, which created the blueprint for Community of Christ’s global, ecumenical vision and emerging identity as a peace and justice church. Episode 369 is in the He’Brew subseries (an introduction to the Old Testament) and is titled “What to make of the Law.” In this podcast, Tony and Charmaine, with interviewer and Community of Christ Seminary alum Karin Peter, explore the meaning and relevance of ancient Israel’s legal codes.
