Graceland University Professor of Education Dennis McElroy, PhD, attended and presented at the Iowa Technology and Education Connection (ITEC) conference in Des Moines, Iowa, Oct. 14-15. ITEC brings K-higher ed educators together to promote the use of technology in education by demonstrating to its members, other educators and the public developments in educational technology and how its appropriate use supports teaching and learning. McElroy gave a presentation titled, “Digital Citizenship: Using Learning Opportunities to Get the Word Out.”
