Graceland University Instructor of Percussion and Director of Athletic Bands Melinda Leoce, MM, and percussion student Emily Briggs attended the Percussive Arts Society International Convention Nov. 13-17 in Indianapolis, Indiana. During the event, Briggs completed an internship with the Dream Cymbals and Gongs company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Leoce and Briggs were also able to attend multiple sessions together throughout the weekend, including concerts and clinics.
