Graceland University Assistant Professor of English Tim Robbins, PhD,  presented “The Poetics of a New Science: ‘Song of Myself’ as Sociology” at the Modern Language Association National Convention in Seattle, Washington, Jan. 11-12. The panel, “Reading Walt Whitman Anew,”  was organized to mark the recently published collection, The New Walt Whitman Studies. Robbins also participated in the intensive digital humanities training workshop hosted by Digital Humanities Summer Institute (DHSI).
