The Graceland University Athletic Department announces its partnership with Influxer, giving student-athletes the opportunity to monetize their name, image, and likeness (NIL) with personalized jerseys, shorts, and other apparel and items.
Athletic Director Brady McKillip said, “The NAIA has led the way on NIL for several years and our partnership with Influxer is an innovative way to enable every athlete on Graceland’s campus to access NIL in a way that supports both Yellowjacket athletes and the University. We are thrilled to bring this opportunity to campus.”
Fans can now support the Yellowjackets in style with personalized merchandise. All Graceland student-athletes can create their own web page showcasing their personalized gear available for purchase.
The Influxer team manages all fulfillment and customer service while collaborating directly with student-athletes on creative elements, product creation, design, and marketing.
Through this partnership, Influxer will provide Yellowjacket student-athletes education and training on marketing, entrepreneurship, and personal branding.
“The NIL landscape is constantly evolving and working with Brady McKillip and the administration has been an amazing opportunity to see the vision they have for Graceland providing great options through Influxer for their student-athletes,” stated Influxer Vice President Keith Miller. “They see this as not simply a transactional opportunity, but as an opportunity to develop long-term skills for life.”
Influxer is an officially licensed vendor for co-branded apparel customized with players’ names and numbers. The company partners with more than 350 universities, and Graceland is its first partner in the Heart of America Conference.
