Fei Ma, DMA

Fei Ma, DMA, shares her passion and expertise as an Adjunct Instructor of Voice at Graceland University, teaching applied voice lessons to both beginners and advanced singers. Ma has been recognized with numerous awards and fellowships in the vocal field. She has performed on many prestigious stages, including acclaimed operas and concerts, with solo performances at Carnegie Hall and the Wiener Musikverein.

Her scholarly endeavors, such as research and publications like “Gender in Art Song Composition” and her insights into “Maria Callas in Tosca,” demonstrate her deep commitment to music and vocal artistry. Beyond mere performance, Ma’s dedication to education and nurturing the next generation of musicians is evident. She skillfully bridges the worlds of artistic performance and educational mentorship, offering her students a unique blend of inspiration and guidance.

Outside of her academic and professional achievements, Ma enjoys travel, camping, and hiking, exploring life beyond the classroom and stage with equal enthusiasm.
