Dr. Segraves teaches anatomy, clinical neuroscience, neuromuscular practice, cardiopulmonary practice, and integumentary II courses within the DPT program. She is a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. The majority of her clinical background has been in acute care settings working with patients on the neuro, trauma, ICU, cardiac, emergency department, and obstetrics units. She is passionate about expanding physical therapy services not only within the neurologic patient populations, but also within the emergency department and obstetrics units to prevent or identify early signs of neurologic dysfunction.

Dr. Segraves has been a clinical instructor for student physical therapists during their clinical rotations and is passionate about helping students “connect the dots” from the didactic classroom content to actual clinical practice. She enjoys helping students to realize their own potential in changing the lives of their patients for the better.

In her spare time, you will find Dr. Segraves out on the trail either running, hiking, or summiting 14ers
