Jess Kelsey

Jess brings a diverse background to their new role as Admissions Advisor at Graceland University, combining experience in Elementary and Secondary education with a passion for fostering community engagement. They have worked extensively with outreach programs, including the Community Services League, where they supported initiatives that connected individuals with vital resources and opportunities.

In addition to their work in education and community programs, Jess successfully launched and monetized social media platforms, showcasing their ability to engage diverse audiences and drive impactful communication. This blend of skills positions them uniquely to guide prospective students in finding their path at Graceland University.

Jess is a proud alum of Graceland University, where their academic journey began at the Independence campus from 2008 to 2010. After taking a break to focus on family, they returned to Graceland and successfully completed their degree, graduating in 2023. Their experience as both a returning student and a graduate gives them a unique perspective in supporting and guiding prospective students on their own educational paths.

Jess lives in Blue Springs with their husband and three kids: two sons and a daughter. They cherish family time and enjoy being part of a vibrant community that supports their family’s growth and adventures.
