It was after I received treatment for my own sports injuries that I became interested in musculoskeletal physical therapy. I have been interested in the human body and movement ever since. I teach musculoskeletal and manual therapy content, and content related to interventions and imaging. I love sharing clinical experiences with students and want to empower them to make a real impact in the lives of their patients.
I am fascinated by the intricate puzzle of the human body and the associated psychosocial contributions unique to every individual’s presentation. I hope to model to students the importance of considering the whole patient in their care.
Education if not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.
